RETURNS AND REFUNDS
30 day returns guarantee on most items and the item(s) should be unused, in its original packaging and in a re-sellable condition. Items must be in the condition you received them in; unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. If you wear a product and damaged it, we will be able to tell, and we will not take them back. Regarding cosmetics, because of hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. All sales are final. We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, strikes or delays, nor any extra fees. To make a return, firstly fill out our contact form on the contact page and tell us “your story” why you want to return the item(s). And we will send you a copy of the return form, download and print the form and include it with the item(s) you send back. As soon as we receive your return we’ll send you a confirmation email. Processing returns can take up to 7-30 days so please be patient. The amount will be refunded onto the original payment method.
